From the beginning, man was meant to have the power to usetheir Will to change their circumstances.

The first blessing that God pronounced over mankind was the gift of being made in God’s own image. The second foundational blessing pronounced over man was inherent dominion. It wasn’t enough that God made man in His own ima ge, God needed to give man the power to make overrulingchoices that would change their world. The two blessings were meant to go hand in hand.
